Zia Roasted Hatch Red Chile (Sweet & Mild) - 453 gram

Georgia has its peaches, Idaho has its potatoes and New Mexico has Zia Hatch Chile, exclusively grown on family-owned farms and harvested only once in the autumn each year.
 
Rather than being dried and crushed into powder or flakes, our Red Chile is roasted, peeled, and diced in the late harvest. 
 
Red Chile is known for its generally milder, earthy, underlying spice. No artificial preservatives.
