Agave River Hot Sauce is a tequila Infused sauce creation from the kitchen of Master Saucier CaJohn! After a move to the Land of Enchantment he discovered bold flavours not readily available back East. Anxious to incorporate them, he relied upon his experience to blend flavour/fire to create a Frontier Hot Sauce worthy of the traditions of the Wild West.  Orizaba Jalapeños and Lumbre Red Chiles from world renowned Hatch farmers are the base of this “smokey-sweet with a kick” hot sauce sure to please your demanding palate.
Ingredients: 
Chiles (Red Habanero, Serrano, Orizaba Red Jalapeño, Cayenne, Hatch Red Chile, Ancho), Apple Cider Vinegar, Distilled Vinegar, Tequila Blanco, Lime Juice, Agave Nectar, Garlic, Onion, Cumin, Salt.
