Please note: We apply a Best By date to these specialty flour products that is 12 months from the date we receive them, rather than using the manufacturer’s preferred date.
These products are primarily packaged for the Americas market, where a 12-month preferred date is standard. We import them directly from a licensed US distributor, and by the time the freshest available stock arrives in New Zealand, there is typically around 5 months remaining on the manufacturer’s preferred date.
Because we store all flour in a cool, dry warehouse environment, we fully guarantee the quality of these products up to the Best By date we apply. This ensures the flour maintains its smell, taste, and handling quality—assuming it is also stored in a cool, dry environment once you receive it.
