These sliced green jalapenos are all about flavour, simply by the way they have been cut, vertically not the usual seed nacho (round) sliced jalapenos. Packed with a traditional mix of carrots and onions called escabeche, this makes for a superb snack with cheese and cold cerveza (beer).
