Chile Pasilla de Oaxaca - No less than 50gm
A smoked chile is grown only in the region of Oaxaca (Wah-ha-kah).
Shiny red mahogany in colour, very wrinkled measuring 3-4 inches long. Thick fleshed with a fruity smoke flavour and strong tobacco tones. Superb in stews and salsas with a sharp lingering heat.
