Chile Morita - No less than 70 grams

Chile Morita is a type of Dried Red Jalapeno, similar to the Chipotle but a little hotter.
 
Bright orange-red to red-brown with a sweet smoky flavour and tones of Plum, Fig and Tea with a little tannin. Great in Salsas and slow-cooked sauces. Learn how to prepare your chiles here
