Dried from the fresh Habanero, this chile is yellow-orange in colour and lantern-shaped measuring about 1 to 2 inches.
Very thin fleshed with tropical fruit flavours of coconut and papaya with a hint of berry. Intense fiery acidic heat and used mainly in salsas and sauces.
